The Milan Suite at Moat House

Short break in Rawtenstall Positive: We couldn't fault the accommodation. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Negative: The TV was too big for the room. We were concerned that one of us would bang their head on it getting in or out of bed.

Lovely views Positive: Immaculately clean and very modern room. Lovely view from the windows. Super position in Rawtenstall. Very handy for everything. Negative: Obviously we'd read the reviews about the bed being small and the host offered us an upgrade to a room with a bigger bed only to then be told is wasn't available. However on arrival we found the bed to be extremely small ( both in width and length) and rolls towards the middle. We ended up with one of us sleeping on the floor on top of the quilt. It was very warm that weekend so thankfully didn't need the quilt as a cover.

Classy, elegant property with lovely views of the Pennines. Positive: Beautiful property. Decor is very stylish and although small the room had everything we needed including a little kitchenette. Gorgeous views of the Pennines. Negative: Everything was great. Couldn't find fault with anything.
