The Milan Suite at Moat House

Lovely Positive: Lovely room, nice and cosy. Good location in relation to the town and the events venue we were attending. Negative: Only tiny grumble - it was a little hot in the hall when coming in, the room was a good temperature.

Clean, but compact apartment Positive: The apartment was clean and well furnished. It had a nice little kitchen area. The location was good for all the restaurants and bars in Rawtenstall. Negative: The Milan apartment was compact, there was a double bed that was up against a wall, no room for bedside tables.

It was a cosy stay but won’t be back to that room however I would return for an apartment Positive: Room was lovely stylish and immaculate Negative: Description of room is misleading as it makes you think you have a separate living room which you don’t . There is a sitting space at the end of the bedroom plus there is a space for a small kitchen

Lovely Stay in Rawtenstall. Positive: The room was decorated and furnished to a high standard.. The bed and pillows were comfy I had a good sleep. The kitchen had everything I needed and worked well...the bathroom had everything included a great shower.. I liked how the TV could be swivelled to most positions in the room and it had all the channels I needed and was plenty big enough.. I would definitely stay again.. There was also a space to park my car which was right next to the house. The house is a perfect location for anyone wishing to stay in and around Rossendale.. Negative: Unfortunately the floor boards in the room creaked everytime you walked over them so was quite annoying after a while and I'm sure it would be for anyone underneath my room!

We stay here when we are in Rawtenstall and will stay again Positive: Location is fantastic Negative: The beds are a little tired and saggy
