The Milan Suite at Moat House

It was a cosy stay but won’t be back to that room however I would return for an apartment Positive: Room was lovely stylish and immaculate Negative: Description of room is misleading as it makes you think you have a separate living room which you don’t . There is a sitting space at the end of the bedroom plus there is a space for a small kitchen

Lovely Stay in Rawtenstall. Positive: The room was decorated and furnished to a high standard.. The bed and pillows were comfy I had a good sleep. The kitchen had everything I needed and worked well...the bathroom had everything included a great shower.. I liked how the TV could be swivelled to most positions in the room and it had all the channels I needed and was plenty big enough.. I would definitely stay again.. There was also a space to park my car which was right next to the house. The house is a perfect location for anyone wishing to stay in and around Rossendale.. Negative: Unfortunately the floor boards in the room creaked everytime you walked over them so was quite annoying after a while and I'm sure it would be for anyone underneath my room!

We stay here when we are in Rawtenstall and will stay again Positive: Location is fantastic Negative: The beds are a little tired and saggy

Short break in Rawtenstall Positive: We couldn't fault the accommodation. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Negative: The TV was too big for the room. We were concerned that one of us would bang their head on it getting in or out of bed.

Lovely views Positive: Immaculately clean and very modern room. Lovely view from the windows. Super position in Rawtenstall. Very handy for everything. Negative: Obviously we'd read the reviews about the bed being small and the host offered us an upgrade to a room with a bigger bed only to then be told is wasn't available. However on arrival we found the bed to be extremely small ( both in width and length) and rolls towards the middle. We ended up with one of us sleeping on the floor on top of the quilt. It was very warm that weekend so thankfully didn't need the quilt as a cover.
