The Florence Suite at Moat House, Rawtenstall

The host Donna and owner was very helpful throughout the process and the property was great and in a good location and I Positive: The property was in a great location and had all the facilities which you would want , and all very clean , to be honest you could not fault it , except ! Negative: The bed was not to our liking it seemed small to what we are used to , the mattress was not of quality, then you have put a mattress topper on , which no difference as you can still feel the springs . The second thing is not to do with property , it’s break down of costs , price of the rental , and within that is a charge for cleaning of £40 which seems a lot of money for small area which could be cleaned in less than a hour .

Great location, very comfortable, clean and classy! Positive: Very stylish with a good sized kitchen space and bathroom. Negative: Nothing, all good. We have stayed here several times previously but could there please be a lower mirror for vertically challenged people!

Smart apartment right in the centre if town Positive: Bed was super comfy and the bedding felt quality. Kitchen was smart and equipped Lovely and Modern Right in the middle of town Negative: The key and code instructions were a bit of a faff. I wouldn't like to do it on a rainy dark winter evening. The lock on the gate needs attention to get to the key too

A very comfortable place to stay in the centre of town. Positive: Nicely furnished. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Excellent communication with the hosts. Negative: Nothing.
