The Florence Suite at Moat House, Rawtenstall

Beautiful apartment Positive: One of the best apartments I've stayed in. They have thought of absolutely everything. Comfortable bed, beautiful furnishings, easy to park outside the property, brilliant shower, nice and quiet location and a lovely view from the kitchen, great kitchen area and table and chairs. Easy walking distance to Asda and independent shops and takeaways. Negative: Unfortunately, my sleep was severely affected by a constant vibration sound coming from behind the pipes in the kitchen area. It was impossible to watch the TV's apps as they were extremely slow to load.

Everything as advertised.. house was spotless, our room was great, big enough for us and had everything we needed.. this is our third stay and the standards are as good as the first time. The housekeeper was so kind and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone..

Everything was as we expected. Positive: Position, high quality presentation. Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

We stayed here to visit friends close by. Initial price of room was fair but the £40 cleaning fee seemed excessive, particularly for a 1 night stay. 10am check out is also unnecessarily early as 11am is the industry norm. A reminder email at 9pm about the check out time was also unnecessary and felt pushy.
