Perfect
Positive: We had the Venice suite it was excellent very clean and comfortable.
We would highly recommend.
2 min walk to all the bars and restaurants. Would we stay again? Of course it was just great for our weekend with friends
Negative: The only thing was it was too warm even with the radiators off the underfloor heating was too warm.

Many thanks for hosting our 2 wk break at 'The Moat House' in Rawtenstall. The Venice Suite was of high spec, cosy, clean and situated close to all the Town's amenities and transport network.
We will definitely be returning in the not too distant future.

Unbelievable host, impeccably clean and comfortable.
Positive: Nothing not to like. The place is immaculate! Great location and the communication from the property before during and after was the best I’ve ever seen.
Negative: You will struggle to find anything.
