The Amalfi Suite at Moat House

Be wary. Odd business/owner. Couldn’t access property and didn’t get full refund as promised. Communication with own Positive: Couldn’t access property at all due to door code not working. wasn’t able to stay and had to come home. Chaotic inconsistent communication with Donna throughout and for a week after. Promised a full refund. Got £30 back but given run around for the rest. Still no refund. Negative: Terrible experience beginning to end. Never managed to get in so couldn’t stay, promised full refund which didn’t happen. Something very odd about this business be careful if you are considering booking.

Great room Very clean , high spec , everything we could’ve needed

Great space and ingenious design Positive: Great space - ingenious design and loved the décor. Comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean. Didn't expect such great views! Special thanks to lovely Sandra - I arrived just after 3pm, just as she was leaving with bags of cleaning supplies - she immediately took the time to say hello, introduce me to the suite and show me the extra parking area, all much appreciated! I would definitely stay again.

Positive: Great location for work on bank street

Negative: Couldn't open windows, tricky parking, tiny room, TV in awkward place
