A good place to stay in a very attractive town
Positive: No food provided. Quiet location, but in the centre of town is ideal. My room was slightly small for a double, but the en-suite was bigger than some I have had
Negative: One of the ruched blinds needed fixing when I arrived- the cleaner and her husband had the repair in hand. I don't like ruched blinds very much and on a bay window they take a long time to open and close- important for a ground floor room.

Great stay, would recommend.
Positive: Great location, friendly host, nice fixtures and fittings, comfortable bed and quiet.
Negative: Putting the key back was difficult as it was bin day and there were 20+ bins blocking the alley.
There were too many emails (counted 14 in total including those from Booking.com) just 2 would suffice. Confirmation of booking from Booking.com and then one from host with details of access etc.
